We guarantee that our puppies are healthy and free of genetic disorders to the best of our knowledge at the time of the sale. All puppies are up to date on all checkups and shots before the sale. A health certificate is provided with all shipped puppies. The guarantee extends to 4 working days after the exchange of the puppy. The buyer must have the puppy checked by a licensed Veterinary clinic during this four day period. No refunds are made except for conditions or birth defects found during the Vet exam and documented by the examining Veterinarian. If a problem is found, we will replace the puppy with another puppy of the same pedigree, if available. If no other puppy is available, we will refund the full selling price. All shipping charges are at the buyers expense.
We assume no responsibility for the puppy after the sale and transfer to the new home for medical expenses or conditions contacted after the sale. If the buyer decides to keep the puppy when/if a problem is detected during the veterinary check, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the care and condition of the puppy.
